where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver locally to all of Pinellas and most of Hillsborough county. If your zip code is not accepted at check out for local delivery, we do offer shipping via FedEx to any location in the state of Florida. These orders are packed with dry ice to ensure meals arrive cold and may sometimes arrive frozen due to the dry ice and depends on how far they are sent. We also have several pick up locations that can be used in place of delivery if that is more convenient.

How do i pause my subscription?

Pausing your subscription plan or skipping a week during the holidays is as simple as sending an email. Email us at info@nttnutrition.com and let us know when you’ll need your meals again. We’ll reschedule your next delivery and billing date.

are the macros provided on the meals accurate?

All nutritional information posted on our meals are calculated using a respected nutritional analysis software program. While information is based on recipes specific to NTT Nutrition, nutrient values of each food may vary by no more than 10% in either a positive or negative balance based on FDA guidelines.

how are refunds and cancellations processed?

Cancellations can be done by accessing your account through the log in above. If an order received is deemed unsatisfactory or incomplete, a refund will be processed only if the issue cannot be rectified or the customer requests a refund in full. All requests must be made no later than 4 days after receiving the order or meals in question.

do you cater to restrictive diets?

Yes, we cater to most all dietary restrictions whether they are medical or personal in nature on a custom order basis. Email us with your information and diet requests before placing an order to ensure that we have the proper equipment to handle your requests. However, please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
